Whenever I try to RSVP I get a message about "Invalid user information! go back and try again!", how do I solve this?
The easiest way to solve this is to check your email. You should have received at least one email from brant@nipissingu.ca that gave you all the information.
The most common issues are:
- You are trying to use your Laurier student number. You have to use your Nipissing student number
- Not useing the correct format for your student number. If your student number is G00123456 you will likely have to use 123456, but please check your email - all the information was sent to you.
